Job description :- 

  • Develop system functional / performance specifications based on customer and other stakeholders specifications to clearly and concisely capture what is required of the product.

  • Drive and own SRS requirements and traceability through Design,Development and Test through an end product driven approach (Test Driven Approach) Documents and maintains product requirement exception.
  • Evolve system requirements starting with the top level objectives
  • Breakdown requirements across sub-systems and their further detailed hierarchy.
  • Codify, document, track the requirements in development followed by testing.
  • Establish dependencies and relationships among the requirements
  • Develop system functional/performance specifications based on customer and other stakeholders specifications to clearly and concisely capture what is required of the product.
  • Drive and own SRS requirements and traceability through Design, Development and Test through an end product driven approach (Test Driven Approach) Documents and maintains product requirement exceptions.
  • Provide progress status to the management on a weekly basis, identifying the risks and proactive ask for support to the Manager/stakeholders
  • System Requirements technical product ownership for the assigned program.
  • Ensure that all system requirements are properly captured, adequately elaborated, accounted for in all stages of system development through design, detailed design, construction and testing.
  • Requirement management tools (eg ALM Polarian / DOORS / Team Centre Risk Module)
  • IATF 16949 with regards to Requirements management, risk analysis and problem resolution.
  • HARA, FMEA Model based requirements management.

Experience and Qualifications :-

  • B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical / Automotive / Electronics engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Automotive / Electronics domain.
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, development and maintenance of suite of Risk Management Applications in an Agile/DevOps environment.
  • Work with business analysts and users in driving system requirements, integration requirements and provide technical recommendations in an Agile Development environment.
  • Unit testing, Integration testing, and Deployment of Components/Applications to Production.
  • Collaborate with other developers and offshore teams in completing project deliverable.
  • Ensure overall quality of deliverable is consistent with high quality standards. Skills .
  • Strong expertise, 3+ years in designing and developing Core Java/Spring based back end applications.
  • Strong expertise 3+ years in JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS/AngularJS .
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, Stored Procedures/triggers.
  • Experienced with RESTful Web Services/SOA architectures experienced in utilizing standard design patterns.
  • Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous IB background preferred.
  • Experienced in automated testing using BDD and/or TDD.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual and a Team player.
